Healthy Green Smoothie

A healthy smoothie with fruits and vegetables!


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup Greens (Spinach, Mango, Kiwi and Kale)
  • 150g plain Greek yogurt
  • 150ml brown sugar soya milk


  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Divide mixture evenly between 2 glasses.
