Fried Longevity Noodle With Seafood

Try this recipe with the new Maggi Imperial Oyster Sauce

Ingredients: 材料:

  • 350g longevity noodle, blanched 长寿面,烫熟
  • 100g prawn meat, deveined and cleaned 虾仁
  • 200g squids, cut into rings 鲜鱿,切圈
  • 100g fish fillet, sliced 鱼肉片

Marinade: 腌料:

  • 1 tbsp MAGGI Imperial Oyster sauce / Maggi 皇廷海味蚝油
  • 2 tsp MAGGI Homemade Chicken Stock / Maggi美极浓缩鸡汁
  • ½ tsp pepper 胡椒粉
  • 2 tsp sugar 糖
  • 2 tsp sesame oil 麻油
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil 油
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped 蒜茸
  • 5 black mushrooms, soaked and shredded 冬菇,浸软,切丝
  • 1 no carrot, peeled and shredded 红萝卜,去皮,切丝
  • 500g bean sprouts, soak in cold water 豆芽

Seasoning: 调味料:

  • 3 tbsp MAGGI Imperial Oyster sauce / Maggi 皇廷海味蚝油
  • 1 tbsp thick soy sauce 黑酱油
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 麻油
  • 2 tsp MAGGI Homemade Chicken Stock / Maggi美极浓缩鸡汁
  • 1½ tbsp sugar 糖
  • 1 tsp pepper 胡椒粉
  • 400g water 水

For garnishing: 装饰:

  • Chopped spring onion, red chili rings, fried shallot


  1. Clean all the seafood. Mix with marinades and marinate for 30 minutes or 2 hours. 将虾,鱿鱼和鱼片洗净,加入腌料腌制2小时。
  2. Heat up oil, stir fry garlic, mushroom and carrot till fragrant. 烧热3大匙油,爆香蒜茸、冬菇丝和红萝卜丝.
  3. Add in seafood and stir-fry till well cooked. 加入海鲜炒熟
  4. Add in noodle, bean sprout, seasoning and stir well. Continue to dry till dry and aromatic. 再加入烫熟的寿面、豆芽和调味料炒匀,继续炒至微干即可盛起.
  5. Serve with spring onion, red chili and fried shallots. 装饰后,即可配上叁巴享用

Tips: - For more organize can pre marinate seafood overnight
- Can also put the bean sprout last in cooking step to retain the crunchiness.
