Cinnamon Raisin Bread Loaf

Eady fresh homemade bread load for you and your family


  • 280 ml water
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. caster sugar
  • 3 cups / 420g bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp. milk powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. yeast
  • ½ cup raisins


  1. Lightly brush kneading blade and drive shaft with oil.
  2. Then insert the kneading blade onto the drive shaft.
  3. Place pan in position and turn it clockwise until it clicks in correct position.
  4. Put the ingredients in order from the top of the ingredient list to the bottom. (its important to follow this step)
  5. Close the lid and turn on plug.
  6. Press the MENU button until the number 5 comes on for sweet bread.
  7. Press the COLOR button to select the desired crust color.
  8. Press the LOAF button to select the desired size- 2 Ib
  9. Press start button and let the machine start the dough process until you hear the 10 seconds beep sound.
  10. Once the 10 second beep sounds stop, open the lid and add in raisins and continue the bread baking process.
  11. Once bread is baked, the 10 second beep sound will come on. Press stop button. With oven gloves, lift pan handle turn it anticlockwise and gently pull the pan straight up and out of the machine.
  12. Loosen the side of the bread with a nonstick spatula and turn bread pan upside down onto a clean wooden board. Leave bread to stand for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
