Chicken Kurma


  • 500g Chicken meat, cut into small pieces
  • 200g Potatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 100ml Corn oil
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 3 Star anise
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 1 large Onion, grounded
  • 3cm Ginger, grounded
  • 4 cloves Garlic, grounded
  • 50g Kurma spice
  • 300ml Water
  • 2 cubes MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cubes
  • 1l Water
  • 100ml NESTLÉ® Natural Set Yogurt
  • 4 Red chilies, halved and quartered
  • 100g Scallion, sliced into 5cm
  • 2 large Onions, cut into wedges
  • 1 Tomato, cut into wedges
  • 100g Green beans


  1. Heat oil in skillet and sauté ingredients A till fragrant.
  2. Add in chicken and stir evenly.
  3. Mix in ingredients B and cook until chicken is tender.
  4. Add in ingredients C and D, mix well and let it simmer.
  5. Serve hot.

Tips: For a more balanced diet, serve with fresh greens such as tomatoes and salads.
