Chicken Curry Dalca

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Corn oil
    A
  • 1 string Curry leave
  • 2 nos Onion, blended
  • 10g Ginger, blended
  • 2 nos Fresh chili, blended
    B
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 300g Chicken, cut into pieces
    C
  • 400ml Water
  • 50g Carrot, cut into wedges
  • 50g Brinjal, cut into wedges
  • 1 no Tomato, cut into wedges
  • 3 nos Green chilies, cut into wedges
  • 200g Lentils, pre-cooked
  • 30g Tamarind, mix with
  • 100ml Water
  • 1/4 cup NESTLÉ® Natural Set Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons MAGGI® Cukup Rasa

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pot, stir fry ingredients A and B until fragrant.
  2. Stir in chicken pieces, cooked for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in ingredients C, let it boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve while hot with rice.
