CADBURY ALMOND LONDON

Ingredients A:

  • 300grams cake flour
  • 170grams butter
  • 60grams castor sugar
  • 20grams ground almond
  • Roasted almonds – chopped for garnish

Ingredients B:

  • 2 bars (320grams) CADBURY DAIRY MILK CHOCOLATE (PLAIN)

  • 1 bar CADBURY DAIRY MILK FRUIT & NUT or CADBURY DAIRY MILK HAZELNUT - cut into small pieces

Instructions:

  1. Beat butter with castor sugar until well combined.
  2. Add the cake flour and ground almond. Mix well until it becomes a soft dough.
  3. Take some dough, flatten it and place the CADBURY DAIRY MILK FRUIT & NUT or CADBURY DAIRY MILK HAZELNUT pieces into the dough. Roll out the dough and shape into an oval.
  4. Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes. Cool the biscuits.
  5. Meanwhile, melt ingredients B using the double boil method until smooth and shiny.
  6. Dip the cooled biscuits into the melted chocolate then remove the excess chocolate and place the biscuits into a paper cup. Garnish with chopped roasted almonds.
