Tesco Products Return Policy


We are happy to refund or replace any Tesco
products which falls below the high standard you expect. Please return it to any Tesco store for a replacement or refund.

 
Products could be refunded at any Tesco stores customer service counter within 7 days of the purchase date if below conditions are met : 
  • Original receipt is provided
  • Products are still in good condition in original packaging
  • Price tag is not removed (if any)
 
This policy does not apply to:
  • Electrical products (please refer to Electrical refund policy at the customer service counter or electrical counter)
  • Frozen and chilled food
  • Undergarments
  • Camera
  • Mobile phones
  • Printing equipment such as scanner, copier machine or fax machine
  • Clearance products
